In 2010 we signed up our first Canadian client, a luxury condo building in Toronto’s historical Distillery District. Two years later we opened our Toronto office, and we’ve been on a roll ever since.

Over 230 Canadian buildings now use BuildingLink every day and work closely with our Toronto team, headed by Nicholas Gill. Nicholas is an 11-year veteran in the building management solutions field and truly understands the unique needs of Canadian property management.

In 2013, we tiptoed into the Hong Kong market with our first client, a beautiful building in the famous district of Aberdeen. We’re excited about the potential to bring BuildingLink’s world-class efficiency and resident services tools to managers of luxury residential buildings in this amazing city.

We’ve recently launched a traditional and simplified Chinese-language version of our site, so natives of Hong Kong and travelers from the Chinese mainland can use BuildingLink wherever they are in the world.

We’re working hard to put the finishing touches on the Hebrew version of BuildingLink. In the meantime, two buildings in Israel are using the English version of our site, and word has spread. Higher-end properties in Tel Aviv and the coastal areas of Israel have been inquiring about BuildingLink, and we’re looking forward to breaking ground in the international-caliber Tel Aviv and Jerusalem markets very soon. BuildingLink dropped anchor in Tokyo way back in 2007, with an upscale hotel and condo property. This building gave us a wonderful introduction to the needs of Tokyo’s market, and, with the anticipated release of a full Japanese-language version of our site in early 2016, we expect to expand our presence in Japan.

We started out in Singapore on the famed island resort of Sentosa, where a number of prestigious residential buildings fell in love with our powerful, efficient software.

Word of mouth spread quickly to the rest of the Lion City. Now, over 100 buildings in Singapore use BuildingLink to provide their residents with a convenient amenity reservations management system and a uniquely professional level of service.

With a bit of luck of the Irish, we’ve found our niche in Ireland.

Just ask the managers of Wicklow Head Lighthouse, Clomantagh Castle, and the horse stables for the Irish Police Force serving the House of Parliament. They all use BuildingLink!

Australia is one of our favorite international venues. We "landed" here in 2011 with our first building in Sydney Olympic Park. Today, you’ll find BuildingLink operating in more than 150 higher end Strata and condominiums in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and Darwin — every state and territory on mainland Australia. We’ve even spread to a property in nearby Papua New Guinea!
